30-Day Return Policy

Contact Biomat Studio within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Returned products must be in new or like-new, resalable condition and include the original packaging and included accessories.

To start a return, email info@biomatstudio.com or call 201-921-1836 before sending the product. Include the purchaser's name, order number, product, and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the return destination. Do not send a return without contacting us first.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. After the returned product is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If you believe a product is defective, contact us before returning it. Manufacturer warranty service is separate from this return policy. Richway & Fuji Bio Inc.'s then-current written warranty policy controls warranty eligibility, exclusions, service, and charges.
